Dear friend and Concours Mondial de Bruxelles judge,

We are delighted to announce that entries for the inaugural Brussels Beer Challenge are now open!

We have been working on this exciting project for several months now, travelling to beer festivals in search of judges whose task will be to assess future entries in the Challenge. We can now assure you that the first Brussels Beer Challenge is shaping up extremely well.

As one of the judges at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles, we are once again counting on you to pass this information on to your contacts in the world of gourmet food, wine or quite simply to beer producers and beer lovers like us.

As you know, the Concours Mondial is a club and you are a member of that club. We therefore know we can rely on you to put forward names of producers we have yet to identify in your country, to convey the information via your blogs or media and also to suggest names of beer experts to join a team of extremely qualified judges.

Our ambition is for there to be a "before" and "after" the Challenge. The tried and tested methods and professionalism of the Concours Mondial have been adapted to the brewing industry. They guarantee absolute reliability for this new competition that is destined to provide an annual snapshot of the beer industry.

Best beer regards,

Thomas Costenoble and Luc de Raedemaeker, Director and Project Manager of the Brussels Beer Challenge
